2. Website Usage & Content
All content on this website—including photographs, branding, text, and descriptions—is the property of Oor Jou Wellness. Content may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
3. Venue Enquiries & Date Reservations
Submitting an online booking enquiry does not guarantee a date hold or event booking. Final date reservations are subject to venue availability, signed rental agreements, and payment of required deposits directly with Antoinette Maund.
4. Property Guidelines & Environmental Respect
Guests and event hosts visiting Oor Jou Wellness at Gasparillo Road, Santa Cruz, are required to respect the natural surroundings, observe operating hours (5:00 AM to 6:00 PM unless explicitly arranged otherwise), and adhere to noise and cleanup guidelines.
5. Editable Booking Policies
Specific cancellation terms, security deposits, vendor setup access, and event capacities are detailed in the official venue rental agreement provided during booking consultation with venue manager Antoinette Maund.
